A little about my approach…

Warm. Authentic. Collaborative. Individualized.

My clients feel like they are talking to a real, genuine person who hears them and puts their needs first. There’s no advice here, and it’s more than just, “Tell me about your week.” I bring my knowledge and training AND my authentic personality into the room in a way that my clients say helps them feel understood, relaxed, and at ease.

We’ll work together to understand what’s contributing to the way you’re feeling, recognizing patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and find ways to enact meaningful changes in your everyday life. Sometimes this means learning to set healthier boundaries, making space for your own needs, or finding a different way to navigate relationships. Other times, it means working through past experiences that still impact your life today so you can truly heal, building self-trust, or figuring out what you want in a new season of life.

A little about me…

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy crafts like Cricut and crochet, I love the Beatles, and I’ll always say yes to a slice of pizza. I’d love to visit every Disney park in the world. When providing teletherapy from home, my very loud cat sometimes offers her own opinions and feedback!
